About Pilates Athletic Center

The Pilates Athletic Center is dedicated to providing You with the Best Health and Fitness Care Imaginable.

The People...


Dr. Joseph Camp
, has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. After managing fitness centers in his early career, he went on to complete certifications as medical technician and fitness trainer and obtained a degree of chiropractic from Palmer College-West in 1995. He is a Master Pilates Instructor, cofounder and Club Director of the Pilates Athletic Center in Los Altos, California.

Daphne Allen, is a design consultant with certification from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco, California. She is cofounder and Operations and Service Director of the Pilates Athletic Center.

Our Staff members were selected after thoughtful interview based on certification, advanced training, history of professional service, personal health awareness and friendly disposition. All of the staff are fully insured.

Parking is in a space in front of the studio, marked as for Pilates Athletic Center clients only.

Directions from San Francisco:

  • Take US 101 south, toward San Jose
  • Take exit 400C – South San Antonio Road
  • Drive down San Antonio Road from Mountain View to Los Altos
  • 428 South San Antonio Road will be on the right side of the street, JUST south of Lyell

Directions from San Jose south:

  • Take 280 north, toward San Francisco
  • Exit at Foothill Expressway, directly after you’ve passed the exit for 85. Head toward Grant Road
  • Take a slight right turn on to S. San Antonio Road
  • Make a U-turn at Lyell
  • 428 South San Antonio Road will be on your right

Directions from San Jose north:

  • Take 101 north, toward San Francisco
  • Take Exit 399B, Old Middlefield Way
  • Old Middlefield Way curves around and becomes Old Middlefield Road
  • Make a left on San Antonio Road, and follow San Antonio Road into Los Altos
  • 428 South San Antonio Road will be on the right side of the street, JUST south of Lyell.
